АVKOPACK® 1601 is mainly used for heat insulating of pipelines carrying steam, heaters, industrial equipment, etc. working at high temperature. It is suitable for static sealing of lids, hatches, doors, etc. and also sealing of furnaces, boilers, ventilators, etc. The cord is mainly applied in the ship building, energetics, metallurgy, oilprocessing industry, chemical industry, etc.
AVKOPACK 1502 is used for static sealing and hermetisation of immovable joints of various machines and apparatus when a resistance to high temperature is required.
The packing is a substitute of the widely used dry asbestos packing in the temperature range up to 550°C. It is used for sealing air, inert gases, neutral steam, water steam, organic solvents and etc.
Base material for manufacturing of ellastic knitted cord - E-Glass fiber has excellent thermal resistance, tensile strength, softness and ellasticity. The cord is soft and flexible and has good ellasticity. It can be used without limitation in oils, greases, solvents and organic acids. Main application is for sealing of doors of ovens, boilers, heaters, etc at high temperatures.
AVKOTHERM® 57 is a multi-layered insulation with thermal-resistant textile with special device for keeping of distance. Over the outer surface of the clothing are situated fastening together elements that guarantee the stability of fixing the clothing to the insulating object.
The product is specially designed for every different type of the insulation object, referring its adaptability to work at different exploitation conditions and working media temperatures from -25 to 1100°С, high content of humidity, acids or other aggressive fluids, as well as characteristics of the atmospheric conditions.
AVKOTHERM® 57 is mainly used for a Thermo-insulation of an armature in the Heating Systems and in the Energy, Chemical and Petroleum Manufacturing Industry, Ship building, etc.
Silicate boards are rigin self-supporting insulation products manufactured from ceramic fiber and binders, with advanced vacuum forming technology. The boards are widely used as hot-face or backup thermal insulation in various high temperature applications in furnaces, kilns etc. Ceramic fiber bricks/boards provide excellent high temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, good compressive strength, and can be easy to saw, drill, machine and die-cut. Silicate boards are available to be dried (normal), fired and rigidized.

They are especially appropriate for sealing manufacture of various sizes, used for heat insulation under high temperatures.
